The apartment has two TV sets - one in each room. It also has a secure safe box. Modern air-conditioners produce a clean healthy fresh air in the apartment. There is also a very nice modern and comfortable sauna-room in the apartment - if you want to use it, there will be an additional one-time charge of $20 only!
The entrance of the building is secured with the coded lock and there is a concierge downstairs. The apartment has secure armoured doors.
Mala Zhytomyrs'ka Street is one of streets which go up from the famous Independence Square and goes up to Volodymyrs'kyy proizd which connects famous Sofia Cathedral and Mykhaylivs'ka Square. You will find your self in the very heart of Kiev, within a few minutes of walking to Independence Square and the beautiful Khreschatyk Street.
